If you are wanting to replace existing product without too much effort to your existing layout retrofit means finding another product with a similar footprint as the replacement so there is no dramatic changes required to your bathroom space.

A cutout template is used by your plumber or qualified installer to cutout the required space for your sink, tub or basin within your bathroom, Kitchen or laundry benchtop. CLARK provides a template in the box or on the box with each product.

Rough in refers to the process prior to walls and floors being installed.  This is the where your plumbing waste and water pipes are concealed underneath the floors or behind the walls.

Product dimensions are readily available on the CLARK website. On – trend design led style in Chrome, Matte Black or a stunning Matte Black/Brass combination. The CLARK Round Blade Range will be the icing on your renovation cake!

Tap Holes refer to the number of holes in a basin or sink and determine the type of tapware you can install. CLARK basins come in 0, 1 and 3 tap hole configurations to meet your tapware design preference to suite 3 Piece, Mixer or Wall Mixer choices. Abbreviation you may see are: NTH or 0TH, 1TH, 3TH.

Inset basins are installed directly into a vanity or benchtop and give you a similar look to an above counter basin without increasing the height of the vanity too much.

Is designed to give more usable vanity space, partially overhanging the front of the counter top, perfect for small spaces.

A Wall Basin is fixed directly to the wall, which does not require a vanity for installation.  Wall Basins are ideal for saving space in small areas and provide a minimalist look to your bathroom.

An overflow hole is a feature that is designed to help water in a basin or bath drain faster if it is overfilled with water.  All CLARK basins come with an overflow.  CLARK baths are available with overflow and no overflow options to meet state building codes within Australia and New Zealand.

Back to wall baths are a freestanding bath designed to be installed flush against a wall to get a contemporary look of a freestanding bath, perfect for bathrooms with limited space and solve those hard-to-reach cleaning issues you can have with a freestanding bath. 

A Built-In Bath must be installed against a wall or within a prebuilt bath hob.
Built-In Baths are practical and good for smaller, tighter bathroom plans and can help you add interest with feature tiling and recesses in to your bathroom space. 

There are multiple reasons why your cistern is leaking. If it is within the warranty period CLARK will arrange a service call, otherwise we recommend you call a qualified plumber.

In some cases it is possible, but typically you would select a product based on whether your plumbing is going to be set up for either BI or BE.

A Back to Wall Toilet Suite or (Wall Faced Toilet Suite) sits flush against the wall meaning there are no gaps or no exposed plumbing.  These toilets are more modern in their look and feel and are much easier to clean.

If the pan outlet runs through to the floor, you have an S Trap pan.  If the outlet runs through to the wall, then it is a P Trap pan.  If you have an older style bathroom you may have a skew pan, it has a pipe that extends to the left or right of the toilet pan.

As we mentioned above, it is really important to understand your set-out requirements.  ‘Set-outs’ refers to the distance from the wall to the centre of the toilet waste outlet in the floor for S Trap toilet suites or the floor to the centre of the waste outlet in the wall for P Trap toilet suites.  The set-out will help you understand what toilet suites can or cannot be installed in your bathroom.

An adjustable shower is a simple overhead shower with an adjustable arm for height flexibility to direct the water spray.

A fixed shower is attached to a non-adjustable shower arm that comes out of the wall.
