BI & BE refers to the water inlet position of your toilet suite.  BI stands for Bottom Inlet and refers to the cistern tap with hose connecting water to the inlet valve at the bottom of the cistern. BE stands for back entry and conceals the water connection directly into the cistern from the back at the top just under the cistern lid.
